Definitely more chiro visits now and a new eye diagnosis in the last several months due to strain and so much computer use. And maybe my age -- but I'm going to ignore that piece. LOL

Is carpal tunnel thumb a real thing? I have a thumb that snaps toward my palm and I have to physically set it back in place. Fearful I need surgery, so I wear a popsicle stick on the underside of my thumb so it won't snap. LOL!

For anyone who is in pain, I have to put in a plug for osteopathic manipulative specialists, DOs with an extra specialty. My whole family sees on in our area as needed and his work is priceless. He works to help you strengthen your weak areas to take tension off of your pain points while also helping with adjustments.
